Purple Passion Fruit

Delicious, juicy fruit tasting very tropical with nice crunchy seeds. 

Can flower and fruit within first year, sometimes with summer and winter crop of fruit. 

Fairly cold tolerant with coverage. Will come back from the roots or lower stems. 

Fruit ripens from green to purple and drops when ready.

Best to eat when fragrant  and wrinkled. 

Vigorous climber and can be heavy fertilizer feeder depending on soil quality. 

Can spread via roots but we have not experienced that. Large container friendly. 

Watch out for squirrels stealing fruit!
