Fast growing and can fruit within first year. 

Leaves can be used to make a tea. Leaves and stems can feel sticky. Bark has white textured growths. 

Loves full sun, won’t grow much in filtered shade. 

Leaves will yellow if too much water/poor draining. 

Subtropical, needs frost protection. Did not last multiple days in low 20s in December 2022 but survived hours in upper 20s previous year.
